Below are shown the general form of iMacs available at Macs-4-u.

Most of the time, a variety are available.

The G4 Flat Screen models are becoming readily available , as are the G5 models.

iMac G3/233s were the first iMacs available and were Bondi Blue in colour

iMac G3/266s & G3/333s followed and were available in 5 fruity colours: Strawberry, Grape, Blueberry, Lime and Tangerine.

All of these models had built-in 56k modems, USB ports, Tray-loading CDs, Ethernet ports and came with either a 4gb or 6gb HD as standard.

iMac G3/350 were introduced after the 333s and featured a new slot-loading CD and a mother board that accepted PC100 SDRAM. They were available in Blueberry or a new colour, Indigo.

G3/400 followed and were available in 5 fruity colours but also featured Graphite for the SE Models. These had all of the features of the previous iMacs but also featured Firewire ports, 7 to 40gb HDs and many had DVD-ROMs.

G3/450, G3/500s & G3/600s were introduced with a variety of colours & features including an 8 x CD-RW. The G4 iMacs replaced this iMac series.

G4 LCD Models featured a variety of speeds and sizes, including a 15"LCD, 17" LCD and a 20" LCD. They also were sold with CD-ROMs, DVD-ROM/CD-RW drives and Superdrives with DVD-RW capabilities.

The eMac "700","800" or "1000" feature a PowerPC 7441 (G4) processor with the AltiVec "Velocity Engine" vector processing unit and a 256k on-chip level 2 cache, 128 MB of RAM, a 40.0 GB Hard Drive, Optical drives(a CD-ROM drive, a CD-RW, a Combo Drive, or a Super Drive) and NVIDIA GeForce2 MX or ATI Radeon 7500 agp 4x video card with 32 MB of DDR SDRAM
The Apple iMac G5/1.6MHz 17-Inch has a 1.6 GHz PowerPC 970 (G5) processor with an optimized AltiVec "Velocity Engine" vector processing unit and a 512k on-chip level 2 cache, 256++ MB of 400 MHz PC3200 DDR SDRAM, an 80 GB (7200 RPM) Serial ATA hard drive(or larger), a vertically-mounted slot-loading 8X DVD-ROM/CD-RW "Combo" Drive, NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Ultra graphics with 64 MB of DDR SDRAM (AGP 8X), and built-in stereo speakers underneath the 17" TFT Active Matrix LCD (1440x900) display. Connectivity includes Firewire "400", 56k modem and USB 2.0, as well as support for AirPort Extreme (802.11g) and Bluetooth.

All of our iMacs and eMacs are tested, the hard-drives reformatted and new system software installed from the disks provided with each individual machine. Memory is boosted to a reasonable level by current standards (128 to 1.0GB), and motherboard batteries replaced.

Our normal warranty is 3 months, with repair, replacement or refund conducted at our discretion. Extended warranties are available at extra charge.All warranties are RTB (return to base) and conditional on proper treatement of the equipment.
